The Harbeson Agency, Inc. was established in 1966 as a division of Jackson Land Company (est. 1946) by William B. (Bill) Harbeson, III. We are one of the first real estate firms in Fort Walton Beach and are currently the oldest family owned real estate agency in our area today.

From the beginning, we have taken pride in watching the Emerald Coast grow. Most of our business comes from referrals or repeat customers. 50+ years later, the Agency is still dedicated to providing honest and dependable service to our clients. Our team, with its deep roots in the community, brings a wealth of knowledge of the real estate market in our area.

Whether buying or selling properties, our goal is to help our clients achieve success from start to finish and we will be their partner every step of the way.

Our Team

John “mike” roberts

Mike is the Broker/Owner of The Harbeson Agency. Mike is the son-in-law of its founder, Bill Harbeson, and has been with the Agency since 1999. He is a Real Estate Broker. Mike was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. He graduated from Choctawhatchee High School, received his undergraduate degree from University of West Florida in Business Management and his masters from Troy State University in Public Administration.
